Like the bigger brother 44 and 58 models, new Longreach 40 combines the DNA of Longreach including the super efficient hull shape for long range, with a more compact package of interior options for cruising couples to explore the coast lines and inland harbours. BUT with options for either inboard motors OR outboard motors.

EXTERIOR

The slick lines of the Longreach 40 ensures a extended waterline length for efficiency due to the reverse bow shape, but importantly combined with wide deck walk ways, spacious cockpit living and the option to select from a range of hull colours. 

HELM & FLYBRIDGE

Up top the flybridge again has another spacious entertaining area, wet bar and centrally located helm with twin helm seats protected by high quality clears forward. There is access to the forward deck via forward steps down to the Muir anchor winch which can be controlled from an electric chain counter at the helm also. There is an option for an open flybridge or closed in flybridge.

SALOON & COCKPIT

Entertain in the cockpit from the galley with a large opening sliding door and window without intrusive support posts. The interior has the option for an internal helm, but standard with lounge and full panoramic windows. 

The cockpit offers full shade protection, spacious seating and walk through transoms to provide easy access to the tender and boarding. 

INTERIOR CABINS

The owners master cabin features the generous queen-sized bed, hatches for natural ventilation plus air-conditioning, TV  and an ensuite including a fresh water electric toilet.

While the guest cabins enjoy comfortable beds with large windows alongside. A selection of beautiful timber interior options are available.

PERFORMANCE

The Longreach 40 is available with diesel inboard twin 250 Yanmars providing a range of 1,200 Nautical Miles at 12 knots and a top speed of approx. 25 knots, or for higher speeds  hydrofoils and twin 425 Yamaha Outboards at top speed of approx 30 knots.
